Welcome to Harbor of Healing. My name is Lyndsay Ogden, and I'm here to support you on your journey through life's challenges.

As an experienced Bereavement & Loss Counsellor, I understand the complexities of grief and the impact it can have on our lives. I've dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate their unique paths to healing.

What sets me apart is that I've walked a similar path. I've personally experienced the profound loss of a loved one, and I understand the shock, pain, isolation, and anger that can accompany such an experience. At that critical moment, I found a therapist who helped me process my own grief, and it transformed my perspective.

Therapy works, and I'm committed to making it work for you too. With the right support, you can regain hope for your future.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in counseling and have received specialized training with Cruse, the UK's largest bereavement charity.

Loss: I offer support for those facing significant losses beyond the realm of bereavement. Life-altering events such as job loss, illness, or relationship breakdown can trigger emotions like fear, anxiety, and self-doubt.

Grief and Loss-Related Reactions: I understand that the experience of grief and loss can encompass a range of emotional reactions, including generalized anxiety, mild to moderate depression, sadness, and a loss of self-confidence.
